Best Love Handle Exercises

It’s a common belief that when you want to have a flat tummy you should do countless crunches each day. This is not reality.

In fact, depending on your starting point, these crunches might actually make your belly look larger. That’s because you are building your ab muscles but not really eliminating or reducing the surrounding fat.

If you wish to get a flat stomach, what you need to try and do is reduce the surrounding fat. The best way to accomplish that, and get a flat stomach is to perform the following exercises.

Interval Training. Interval training workouts is the single best way to burn more fat. And intervals can be added to almost any fitness routine including running, swimming, and biking.

Just about anything may be incorporated with interval training workouts. An interval is really a short time where you raise the intensity of your exercise routine. We’re talking about merely a minute or two of increased intensity and then you go back to your normal intensity. Repeat this several times during your workout and you’ll burn off that belly fat faster and obtain ripped abs quickly.

Entire body workout routines. The truth of the matter is the easy way get rid of fat and treat your body well is to perform exercises that do not isolate one muscle but instead larger muscle and joint groups. Things like strength training, which may also be done as an interval. Swimming is another great full body workout. Tennis will tone your legs along with your upper body.

Also, remember it’s far better to concentrate on full body compound exercises like leg squats, lunges, the bench press and push ups when attempting to get rid of love handles.
